01What do you attribute your success to?
My brother Todd inspired me to pursue this path in special education. He was born with intellectual disabilities and I became his legal guardian, which led me to this career. I recently released a memoir based on his life and how he inspired me.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Failures are opportunities. I don't really see anything as a failure. It's really an experience that you need to learn and grow from. Perceived failures are opportunities.
