01What do you attribute your success to?
I've had a lot of very influential mentors who led by example and inspired me to do what I do.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Pushing yourself outside your comfort zone, and being willing to take risks, and ask those hard questions. And to keep going.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
As a public servant, making sure that I am living and conducting my work with integrity and transparency and honesty at the root of everything. Making sure we're looking out for the best interests of the people who contribute to that. Not living a life that's ego-driven or self-driven.
