Jennifer Reali

Jennifer Reali, Esq. is an attorney based in Fort Worth, Texas, where she practices with Dorsett Johnson & Cisneros as a litigation attorney. She focuses on general civil litigation and transactional work, with particular experience in real estate, construction, and business disputes. Recently, Jennifer completed a week-long jury trial, where she expressed confidence in her firm’s defense position and the truth presented at trial, despite the challenges of awaiting a verdict.
Jennifer’s passion for law began at the age of eight after watching Legally Blonde, which inspired her lifelong goal of becoming an attorney. While she initially pursued an interest in transactional law, she ultimately found her calling in litigation. She graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, navigating unique challenges such as preparing for and taking the bar exam under extraordinary circumstances. Her career began in plaintiff’s personal injury before transitioning into broader civil litigation, where she leverages both her legal expertise and her industry-specific knowledge from growing up in a family involved in construction and business ownership.
In addition to her active practice, Jennifer continues to advance her education, currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Wealth Management at Texas A&M University School of Law. Licensed in both Texas and Arkansas, she is committed to delivering thoughtful, strategic advocacy for her clients while continually expanding her legal knowledge. Outside of the courtroom, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her dog, Evelyn, reading, and supporting her local community.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my mother—her unconditional love has been the foundation of everything I’ve achieved. Even when I wasn’t making the best decisions, she loved me through it. Watching her work multiple jobs, raise my older brother, and attend school, all while still managing to be present for us, showed me what true strength and dedication look like. Her example inspired me to always strive for personal improvement and to give back, especially in supporting single mothers who face similar challenges.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
The career advice I live by is simple: work smarter, not harder. That doesn’t mean I shy away from hard work—I know how and when to push myself—but I’ve learned the value of efficiency, strategy, and focus. It’s not just about putting in hours, it’s about putting in the right effort at the right time.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I’m deeply passionate about helping children and single mothers, and while my busy schedule doesn’t allow me to volunteer as much as I’d like, I support organizations like Cook Childrens financially because I believe in their mission. Earlier in my life, I worked as a nanny for ministry families, and I truly enjoyed the experience. Caring for children taught me negotiation, patience, and critical thinking skills—tools I use every day in both my personal and professional life. I also find balance in exploring new places. I love traveling, especially to national parks, where I can disconnect and reconnect with nature. My recent trip to Colorado gave me the chance to visit several of its breathtaking parks, and the experience reminded me of the importance of taking time off to recharge.
