About Jennifer

I am a client success and account management leader in the ad technology and digital marketing space, with over fifteen years of experience helping brands and agencies maximize the value of their advertising technology investments. I currently serve as Vice President of Client Success at Innovid, a role I stepped into in March 2025, working remotely from the New York City metropolitan area.

Prior to joining Innovid, I spent over nine years at Flashtalking by Mediaocean in progressively senior roles. I started as an Account Manager, moved up to Account Director, then Regional Director of Account Management, and ultimately served as Vice President of Client Success. Throughout my tenure, I led client relationships, drove strategic account growth, and ensured seamless campaign execution across some of the industry's most sophisticated advertising technology platforms. During that same period, I also held the title of Vice President of Client Success at Mediaocean following the integration, serving in that capacity for nearly two years.

Before Flashtalking, I spent over four years at NinthDecimal, where I held roles including Account Manager, Senior Account Manager for the East region, and Account Supervisor. In those roles, I worked closely with sales representatives to own client relationships from the seventy-five percent probability stage of the sales process through full campaign execution. I managed and maintained campaigns, created welcome kits, led kickoff calls, retrieved and accepted creative assets, worked with ad operations teams to ensure flawless launches, monitored campaign performance daily, provided bi-weekly reporting to sales reps, agencies, and clients, troubleshot issues as they arose, and helped sales reps complete RFP responses and proposal decks.

Earlier in my career, I spent nearly four years at SapientRazorfish, where I started as a Search Account Coordinator, then became Search Account Manager, and ultimately Account Manager. In my Search Account Coordinator role, I handled daily monitoring and optimization of paid search campaigns, prepared and presented weekly status reports, and launched campaigns using Atlas trafficking and engine bulk sheets. As Search Account Manager, I communicated with clients daily on campaign performance and budgets, prepared monthly and mid-month status reports, launched strategic online marketing campaigns through search engines and ad serving platforms, developed keyword lists and ad copy, managed budgets, and oversaw daily bid optimization. As Account Manager, I managed tactical and brand initiatives, communicated with clients on status and deliverables, liaised with creative agencies and ad operations teams, presented bi-weekly performance reports, QA'd buys and placements, and assisted the Account Director with client presentations and campaign wrap-ups.

Across my entire career in ad tech and digital marketing, my focus has been consistent: help clients succeed, build lasting relationships, and ensure that every campaign launches flawlessly and performs at its best.
