About Jennifer
Jennifer Rost serves as Director of Global FP&A for Interface in Atlanta. She joined the company in October 2023 after a year as Director of FP&A at Honeywell. Prior to that, she spent a decade at Textron, beginning in January 2013 with their leadership development program and advancing to roles such as mini CFO for business areas including EasyGo, where she served for about 18 months. During her time at Textron, she moved five times in ten years for work and contributed to the Arctic Cat team on a joint venture with Bass Pro, reporting quarterly to leadership including the corporate CEO. Currently, she is leading a material master project to normalize fragmented data across five ERPs for improved customer experience and internal reporting. Her previous FP&A responsibilities included consolidating the total company forecast and partnering with global SG&A leaders. Rost aims to continue building her reputation as a trusted finance business partner.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
It's a small world. You never know who's going to come back around. You should keep doors open, make sure you leave things better than you found them, be kind and work hard, because those things will pay dividends. I have a story about meeting Heidi McNary during an acquisition integration at Able Aerospace where she gave me her card and later became my most influential mentor.
