Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to growing up in a high-achieving environment, having supportive parents, and my love of learning. I see learning as a superpower that allows me to multitask, explore new opportunities, and pursue a variety of interests.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women entering the industry to explore diverse career paths beyond their initial education. With the growth of biotech and entrepreneurship opportunities in recent years, staying open to new experiences can lead to unexpected and rewarding career opportunities.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field is that it remains male-dominated, which can present barriers for women entering or advancing in the industry. At the same time, there are significant opportunities as perceptions continue to shift, allowing women to take on leadership roles and drive change in areas that were traditionally male-led.
