I believe that success is not just about what we achieve ourselves but also about how we help others grow along the way. People that saw potential in me is what I would like to give to other people as well.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Patience is very important, and to be resilient in what you do. Success is not just about what we achieve ourselves but also about how we help others grow along the way.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Try not to be afraid. Try it out even if it's an engineering role or a business role. Reach out to people on LinkedIn, find a mentor, create a network. It's okay to make mistakes because you should learn from your mistakes.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The world is very volatile. That's a big challenge, so you have to adjust. It's changing, pivoting, transforming - that's a big challenge but also a big opportunity.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Trust, integrity, respect, accountability, continuous growth, fairness, and learning and improving. I want to be remembered not only for what I achieved, but also how I treated people and the positive impact I had.
