Jennifer Suber Smith

I am an executive coach, fractional COO, and leadership development expert with over eighteen years of experience helping leaders and organizations activate their purpose, build meaningful relationships, and turn inspiration into action, currently serving as Executive Coach at HatchPath on a contract basis, a role I have held since December 2025, where I support leaders in their professional and personal growth. I also serve as Fractional COO and Executive Coach through Jen Smith Consulting, a self-employed role I have held since June 2017, where I provide executive leadership development, business consulting, operational development, project management, policy and procedure creation, private equity and business acquisition support, keynote speaking, health education, and emotional intelligence facilitation.

I have served as Chief Executive Officer since January 2008, leading executive leadership development and business consulting initiatives. I also serve as Board Member at HopeMakers Collective, a role I have held since June 2025, where I contribute to a values-driven leadership community, and as Advisory Board Member at Far Away Friends, a role I have held since October 2024, where I provide executive leadership and advisory support. I am also an Independent Affiliate at Outlier Jets, a role I have held since January 2025.

I hold a Master of Science in Nutrition Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from Florida State University.
