About Jennifer
Jennifer Sole serves as Director of Student Accounts, where she assists individuals with making payments and maintaining financial responsibility while providing a foundation for their futures. Her career began in finance and banking after high school, starting as a teller while initially planning to attend college. She progressed to lead teller, handling cash ordering, branch audits, paperwork, and training new tellers, before becoming a banker at Farmers for about a year. Motivated to pursue more meaningful work helping others achieve their educational goals, she entered higher education approximately one year and seven months ago. Sole was nominated for Staff Employee of the Month. She previously volunteered as a Sunday school teacher at her church but has since stepped back to focus on family and her small baking business. She attributes her success primarily to her relationship with God, the work ethic instilled by her parents, and the godly wisdom from those around her, as iron sharpens iron.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My relationship with God has been a huge driver in my success. I owe everything to Him. Also the work ethic instilled in me from my parents and the people I surround myself with who provide godly wisdom and encouragement, as iron sharpens iron.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
It's hard, it is never going to be easy. But that's the beauty of it. Determination, keep the course. You'll have hard days but who doesn't? Have a good, satisfying outcome in the end.
