Beyond her professional accomplishments, she is committed to giving back through volunteer service, including ongoing support for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Guided by the values of family, integrity, confidence, and empowering other women, Jenny believes strong leadership is built on trust, collaboration, and creating environments where people can thrive alongside operational success.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Jennifer

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my Father, who enlisted into the Vietnam War at 18. He always taught me that I could achieve anything I set my mind to. His example instilled in me a strong work ethic, resilience, and the determination to keep striving for my goals.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Always remain strong and ethical. Don’t let others bring you down. Women should help other women where appropriate.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Stay true to yourself, always do what's right, and never be afraid of hard work. Build a strong work ethic, and remember to enjoy the rewards of your efforts—work hard, but make time to enjoy life as well.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that matter most to me are family, integrity, and lifting up other women. I believe in doing at least one act of kindness every day, leading with confidence, and staying strong through life's challenges. These principles guide both my personal life and my professional relationships.
