Her Interview
Ten minutes with Jennifer
01What do you attribute your success to?
I truly feel like the Lord intended for me to get this job at this very particular time in my life. Based on the skills he was able to sort of get, facilitate and instruct others to help me to gain over the years. I just feel like everything happens kind of for a reason in the perfect timing.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't put yourself in a box. Don't feel like just because you studied one thing in school, that that means that's the only thing that you are going to be able to find a job in. My career path has been kind of crazy. I did communications work, then analytics, then project management. I gained so many skills through those roles, and I learned a lot about myself, what I enjoy and don't enjoy.
