I attribute my success to my children. They motivate me every day and inspire me to lead by example, showing them that with hard work and determination, they can achieve their goals and overcome challenges. My drive comes from wanting to guide them in the right direction and demonstrate that success is possible when you push yourself.

When your comfortable in your career, it is time to level up.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to never give up on your dreams. If you feel too comfortable where you are, it may be a sign that it’s time to challenge yourself, take risks, and pursue opportunities that push you toward growth and success.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
I am learning a new field of medium to large aircraft. Therefore I am concoring my fear of Heights. I also have limitless opportunities to grow and expand my knowledge.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Keeping always my integrity. I like to keep my group motivated while also always complying to our standards and policies.
