Jennifer Thomas

Jennifet Thomas brings more than 20 years of experience in education, having served in roles ranging from high school guidance counselor and administrator to college professor. She currently works fully remote for a college in Massachusetts, managing Department of Labor apprenticeship programs in information technology, where her responsibilities include project management, vetting partners, designing marketing materials, and facilitating connections for employers entering the apprenticeship space. In addition, Thomas operates her own LLC, Gen Connects, through which she pursues speaking engagements focused on inspiration, humanity, and leading with perspective amid advances in AI. She also connects companies and professionals pursuing aligned goals. Thomas holds a master's degree in counseling and human services and is earning her doctorate degree. Her experiences inspired her to write and recently publish the book 30 Second Miracles, which highlights small acts of kindness and joy in everyday life.
