Jennifer’s career journey reflects both versatility and foresight. She began in the entertainment industry before transitioning into real estate, earning her California license in 2001 and later relocating to Atlanta in 2003 to work with celebrities and athletes. Anticipating the 2007–2008 housing market collapse, she strategically pivoted into the insurance industry, positioning herself ahead of a major economic shift that impacted many of her peers. While she remains licensed in real estate and continues to sell homes, insurance has become her primary focus—providing a stable, recession-resistant foundation that supports both her professional success and desired lifestyle.
Today, Jennifer continues to evolve with the industry by embracing emerging technologies and modern training approaches. She has trained more than 400 agents and is currently expanding her impact by exploring AI-driven solutions, including becoming a certified AI consultant. She has developed a cutting-edge training tool that operates in her likeness, offering 24/7 coaching designed to address real-world challenges in both real estate and insurance. Guided by a people-first philosophy, Jennifer is passionate about helping others grow, build wealth, and succeed—while enjoying the journey every step of the way.

What do you attribute your success to?
A strong support system within my mother. She, you know, she was a... she believed in everything that I tell her I want to do, whether or not she thought it was a good idea, she just was always there to support me. I would say just a, um... just having that support from my mom, and having a good core of friends and family that's around me. I steer away from a lot of negativity, so I make sure people that are around me, we think along the same thing. Positive people.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
If they're getting into insurance, I would say this is literally the best-kept secret industry. It's one of those industries that is recession-proof. It's a best-kept secret. It's like, it's one of those things that I didn't think that... you didn't really hear a lot of African American women, honestly, being in this field, but we have flourished, and don't let anybody tell you that you can't do it, because, you know, the fact that I've bust through ceilings at the company that I'm with, you can do whatever you put your mind to.
