I've been in the medical device industry for over 25 years, starting my career in the late 90s with Medtronic. I've held roles at Egg Medical as Area Vice President focusing on radiation reduction, Boston Scientific for over 12 years in various roles, Johnson & Johnson Cordis, and other companies. Now at Medtronic as Senior Sales Leader and Director over strategic accounts in ambulatory surgical centers, covering 10 operating units with heavy cardiovascular focus, working with private equity firms and C-suite executives. Notable achievements include being the first woman Rep of the Year at Cordis and advancing in a male-dominated field while raising four children.

01What do you attribute your success to?
Being passionate about impacting and saving lives, persistent with tenacity, believing in the why, and having grit. Also delegating and using support systems effectively.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Use the resources around you, delegate, set boundaries, value your team members, and don't try to do everything yourself to avoid burnout. Be passionate and persistent.
