Jennifer Zach: dreams is Trust the process and stay active in it. Don't give up.

What does being an Influential Woman mean to you?

Jennifer Zach: When I think about what it means to be an influential woman, I think about women in my own life who have been influential for me. And How did they do that? Well, one thing that they did was believed in me when, when I couldn't believe in myself. And accepted and encouraged me and helped me play to my to my strengths. And have the confidence to work on my, my growth edges, but most of all, I think being an influential woman uh requires Believing in people, especially when they're struggling to believe in themselves.

What's one piece of advice you would give to younger women chasing their dreams?

Jennifer Zach: One piece of advice that I would give younger women who are chasing their dreams is Trust the process and stay active in it. Don't give up. It's not necessary to see the, the full staircase before you take a step. And ask. There's a lot of people that Just, you know, guarantee themselves a no because they, they aren't comfortable asking the question. So that's more than one piece of advice, but trust the process, stay active in it, and, and ask, ask questions.

Her Story

About Jennifer

At the Thinkers50 London Summit and Awards Gala, Jennifer Zach stood among the world’s foremost leadership thinkers—a moment that underscored her mission to bring a long-missing dimension to modern leadership: the intelligence of the body.

Jennifer is an author, speaker, and pioneer in embodied leadership whose work helps executives cultivate clarity, presence, and resilience in an increasingly complex world. Her book, Somatic Awareness: Leading with Body Intelligence, and her 3N Model™—Notice, Name, Navigate—provide practical frameworks that integrate neuroscience, somatic psychology, and leadership practice to reduce burnout, strengthen psychological safety, elevate trust, and deliver better business results.

She teaches that leadership is not only what we think—it’s what we sense, feel, and embody. Through her work with organizations and leaders, she helps transform stress into insight and presence into influence, ultimately shaping cultures grounded in collaboration, well-being, and regenerative performance.

Jennifer’s insights have been featured in leading coaching and learning publications, and she is a sought-after voice at the intersection of body intelligence and the future of work and leadership. She serves on the board of Berrett-Koehler Publishers and on the advisory board for the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Hawkeye Chapter.

Her work continues to advance a simple but powerful truth: when leaders understand and regulate their nervous systems, they unlock the conditions for trust, innovation, and human flourishing—within themselves and across their organizations.
