Jenniffer Wilson is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in audit oversight, fraud detection and prevention, business systems modernization, and IT controls. She currently serves as a Managing Director at Allocore, a company that provides best-in-class automation and loan and grant-making efficiencies on one platform. Prior to her current role, Jenniffer served in several senior level positions at the Pandemic Response Accountability Committee (PRAC), the Special Inspector General for the Troubled Asset Relief Program (SIGTARP), the SIG for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR), the Defense Intelligence Agency, and the Government Accountability Office (GAO). Her career demonstrates a consistent commitment to public service, operational excellence, and leveraging technology to solve critical challenges in program performance and integrity.
Jenniffer holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Strategic Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and an IT Project Management Certification from Kaplan University. My advice to young women entering this industry is to embrace new opportunities, confidently express your ideas, and focus on bringing value. Stay true to yourself, don’t be afraid to speak up, and avoid simply saying ‘yes’ to everything—your voice and perspective matter.
