My career in event planning started from my personal love of planning and being Type A. I've been doing this for about 15 years now. I handle boutique events in the cybersecurity space, managing multiple targeted events with high ROI. Previously I managed larger events up to 6,000 people.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my hardworking personality, having good mentors, and the strong work ethic my parents instilled in me from a young age. We had to work for everything we wanted growing up, and that shaped who I am.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I've received is to work hard, show respect to get respect, and remember that the little things matter. Your work speaks for itself even if people aren't noticing right away.
