Jenny Cacioppo-Acosta is a Senior Domestic Estimator at Quikserv, Inc. and US Bulletproofing, Inc., with over eight years of experience in the construction industry. She has built a career focused on delivering innovative, turnkey security and design solutions for public sector projects, particularly within higher education. In her current role, Jenny collaborates closely with architects and clients to develop cost-effective, safety-driven solutions such as bullet-resistant glass systems that protect students and staff, combining technical precision with a strong commitment to community safety.

Jenny began her professional journey in IT, where she discovered her passion for problem-solving and implementing growth-oriented business solutions. That analytical mindset and curiosity for innovation continue to drive her work in construction estimating today. Her career trajectory has been marked by steady advancement—from Sales Representative to Senior Estimator—earning recognition as Employee of the Quarter and recipient of multiple Growth Awards. Jenny’s guiding purpose is to create safer environments for children and communities through thoughtful, strategic project planning.

A passionate advocate for women in construction, Jenny actively mentors peers, promotes female leadership in a traditionally male-dominated industry, and participates in organizations such as the Houston chapter of HAGA and the Chris Linn Memoir Foundation, which benefits children with terminal illnesses. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting vinyl designs and T-shirts, as well as spending quality time with her family and son.
