About Jenny

I am an education and leadership development professional with extensive experience designing and implementing large-scale learning programs in higher education and nonprofit organizations. I currently serve as Director of Education at Gamma Phi Beta International Sorority, where I set the strategic vision for educational programming impacting more than 16,000 undergraduate members across the United States and Canada. In this role, I lead cross-departmental initiatives, develop leadership and DEI programs, and manage teams of facilitators while using data-driven insights to guide organizational learning strategies. Previously, I worked as Education Manager for the organization, where I designed curricula used across 140+ campuses and launched a virtual diversity and inclusion summit attended by more than 2,500 participants. Earlier in my career, I held roles in student leadership development and community engagement at Johnson & Wales University and Colorado State University, along with project and assessment work at Texas Christian University. I also supported e-learning course development as an Associate with Plaid, LLC.
