Jenny Delorbe

Jenny Delorbe is a clinical billing liaison and adjunct professor working in healthcare administration at Yale University while teaching at multiple higher education institutions including Sacred Heart University, the College of Westchester, Post University, and the University of Bridgeport. She entered healthcare administration 15 years ago and advanced through administrative roles before transitioning to higher education teaching approximately 4 years ago after earning her MBA. Currently pursuing a doctorate in higher education leadership, she teaches both in person and online with the goal of becoming a full-time faculty member. As a first-generation student, Delorbe emphasizes the importance of providing strong support to first-generation and first-year students during critical transition periods. She credits mentors, advisors, and supportive managers, including her current manager at Yale University, for her success while balancing work, family, and household responsibilities as a mother.
