Her Interview

Ten minutes with Jenny

01What do you attribute your success to?

My success comes from hard work, determination, sacrifice, the support of my family and partner, and my higher power. Perseverance has been key, as many people have noted it as my superpower. My journey shows that it's never too late to change direction.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Believe in yourself before you feel completely ready. Growth happens when you step outside your comfort zone and get uncomfortable. Be curious and never stop learning. Marketing evolves constantly, so adapt and ask questions. Be the example that you didn't have.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The onset of AI provides access to everyone but is a challenge in digital marketing. Overcoming the belief that my past would define my future has been a personal challenge.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

My family is a big factor in my success, along with the support around me. I value setting an example for my kids and for women who have experienced similar paths. Privilege and opportunity come from putting myself in the right rooms with the right people.
