Jenny Hurley
Jenny Jen Hurley, CMP, is a seasoned hospitality professional with more than two decades of experience in the Las Vegas tourism and meetings industry. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa, she brings a dynamic blend of strategic business development, key account retention, and exceptional client service to her role. Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, Jenny's ability to connect across cultures has made her a sought-after partner in the events and hospitality space. Her background includes key sales leadership roles at top-tier properties such as Mandalay Bay, New York-New York, and Luxor, where she successfully managed national accounts, secured high-value group bookings, and cultivated long-term client relationships.
Jenny holds an MBA in Marketing and a B.S. in Hospitality Management from San Francisco State University, where she also served as Treasurer of the International Students Club. She earned her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in 2007 and has remained deeply engaged in the industry through organizations such as Meeting Professionals International and the Las Vegas Hospitality Association.
Jenny currently serves as Treasurer on the board of the Las Vegas Hospitality Association (2024–present), following her tenure as a Board of Director from 2022 to 2024. Her leadership and commitment to the hospitality community highlight her dedication to advancing Las Vegas as a premier global destination for meetings and events.

The best career advice I have ever received is to advocate for myself. Early in my journey, I learned that it is essential to speak up for my ideas, accomplishments, and aspirations—not just for personal growth, but also to earn respect and create opportunities. By confidently expressing my voice and recognizing my value, I have navigated challenges and built a career that is rooted in authenticity and impact.
