Jenny Wolk is a Dallas, Texas-based Executive Producer and freelance production professional with more than three decades of experience in the advertising industry. She began her career in television production and went on to build extensive experience across production companies and advertising agencies. From 2005 to 2024, she served as an Executive Producer at TRG/The Richards Group before establishing her freelance practice in 2024, working with agencies and production partners including VML, Erich & Kallman, Slingshot, and TRG.

Throughout her career, Jenny has developed a strong reputation for producing high-quality television commercials and complex advertising campaigns, particularly in the automotive sector. Her portfolio includes work for brands such as Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Dodge, Ram, Jeep, Maserati, Toyota, and The Home Depot, as well as projects involving Super Bowl advertising, NASCAR, the Olympics, 3D and anamorphic billboards, augmented reality, visual effects, LED volumes, and tabletop production. She has produced internationally across locations including Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Croatia, the United Kingdom, Chile, Argentina, South Africa, and Canada, and her work has earned recognition including a Cannes Lion-winning Fiat campaign and an Emmy-winning spot for Dave’s Killer Bread.

Jenny considers problem-solving one of her greatest strengths as a producer, thriving in the fast-paced and unpredictable nature of production while keeping teams and projects moving forward. She is known as both a team leader and team player, with an approach grounded in collaboration, calmness, kindness, and care for the work and people around her. Outside of production, Jenny is passionate about dogs and animal rescue, serving on the board of a rescue organization and regularly fostering dogs. She also enjoys cooking, traveling, and making the most of life beyond the production set.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received is that “no” isn’t the answer—“I don’t know, but I’ll find out” is. It taught me to stay open-minded, resourceful, and willing to find solutions.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the industry is to listen, learn, and ask questions. You don’t have to know everything, but don’t be afraid to share your ideas and make mistakes. Be respectful, stay curious, and most importantly, have fun.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are honesty, humor, and integrity. I believe in keeping my word, following through on my commitments, and finding humor even in challenging situations.
