She is an IT project management, major incident management, and cybersecurity-focused technology professional with experience in network security, SD-WAN implementations, incident response, DevOps support, and customer-facing technical operations. She currently works with Infosys as a Project Manager and Technology Analyst/Major Incident Manager, supporting enterprise network projects, stakeholder communication, and service restoration during major incidents.
