I’m Jernae.. a mama, a nurturer, and someone who believes deeply in honoring who we are beyond the roles we hold. When I’m not supporting families, you can usually find me traveling, reading, or anywhere near water — that’s where I feel the most at peace. I’m happiest when I’m with my family, creating memories, exploring new places, or simply enjoying slow moments together.

I believe in making intentional time for myself outside of motherhood, and that belief shapes the way I support other parents too. We deserve space to grow, rest, and reconnect with who we are, and I carry that truth into every part of my work and my life.
