What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a deep commitment to helping people navigate meaningful career transitions with clarity, confidence, and alignment. By creating customized, wellness-centered coaching experiences—using tools like emotion wheels, reflective journaling, and psychologically safe spaces—I empower clients to show up vulnerably, work through challenges, and make purposeful pivots. I’m especially proud of guiding educators and leaders to measurable outcomes, including helping teachers move from the bottom 3% statewide to the top 3% through strategic observation, coaching, and implementation of effective leadership tools.
