Material handling is traditionally a male dominated space. You don't often see a woman talking forklifts, tires, warehouse operations, etc. But thats become one of my strengths. I show up with competence, confidence, and a collaborative style that builds trust really fast. At the end of the day it's not about gender - its about showing up prepared, knowing your product, and delivering results.

Being a woman in this space has made me more resilient, more strategic, & even more determined to raise the bar. I hope that visibility makes it easier for the next woman stepping into this industry.

Biggest challenge is that sometimes I have to prove myself before I am given the same credibility that others get right away. But I lean into that. It drives me to be sharper, more resourceful & to truly understand my customers' businesses. I've earned a lot of respect just doing that.
