She currently serves as Senior Director of Group Experience at Incredible Food & Fun, a themed entertainment destination hosting group events for up to 3,000 guests.
Throughout her career, Jessica has built a strong reputation for strategic growth, operational excellence, and relationship-driven leadership in fast-paced, high-volume environments. In 2025, she achieved both a personal and company record by generating $1.5 million in event sales through strategic account management, new business development, and consistent pipeline execution. Her expertise spans group sales strategy, event planning and execution, client relationship management, and cross-functional coordination, allowing her to seamlessly connect clients with internal teams to ensure flawless event delivery—from corporate team-building experiences and school field trips to large-scale private celebrations.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best advice I’ve received is that the ability to pause is a strength, not a delay. Thoughtful reflection allows me to make better decisions, create alignment, and sustain progress in both leadership and operational execution.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage young women to build meaningful professional relationships, develop a strong foundation in operational excellence, and embrace opportunities to lead with confidence. Success in hospitality and event management requires persistence, adaptability, and thoughtful strategic decision-making, along with the confidence to advocate for oneself.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest opportunities lie in expanding group experiences across diverse market segments, from corporate teams to schools and nonprofits. Challenges include staying ahead of client expectations, ensuring flawless event execution, and adapting to evolving trends in entertainment and hospitality.
