Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a commitment to continuous learning. Skills are what differentiate individuals in the labor market, and I actively seek opportunities to learn from colleagues at all levels, from those earlier in their careers to senior leaders. I believe growth comes from staying curious, open, and committed to constant improvement.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received was to never question my worthiness of an opportunity. Being worthy doesn’t mean knowing everything, It means being willing to learn, grow, and rise to the challenge.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I’d tell young women entering this field to ask every question—there’s no such thing as a silly one. The more you understand how the organization works, the better equipped you’ll be to do your job well and grow with confidence.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge in operations and project management today is also the greatest opportunity. When organizations undervalue operational leadership, they often experience inefficiencies, rework, and increased costs. By elevating operations as a strategic function, we have the opportunity to help organizations operate more effectively and sustainably.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity, compassion, and strength through action are the values that guide my personal and professional life. They ensure that I show up with accountability, empathy, and follow-through, ready to learn, teach, and lead in every situation.
