Pastry chef and culinary educator based in Tennessee with extensive experience leading dessert programs for restaurants and hotels. Currently Pastry Chef at Conrad Nashville (since Oct 2023) and an Adjunct Professor at Nashville State Community College (since 2017), teaching Culinary I & II, Fundamentals of Baking, and Advanced Baking. Previously held pastry leadership roles at Butchertown Hall/Liberty Common, Oak Steakhouse, and The Farm House, overseeing dessert menu development, production, inventory, scheduling, and team training.
