Currently Pastry Chef at Conrad Nashville (since Oct 2023) and an Adjunct Professor at Nashville State Community College (since 2017), teaching Culinary I & II, Fundamentals of Baking, and Advanced Baking. Previously held pastry leadership roles at Butchertown Hall/Liberty Common, Oak Steakhouse, and The Farm House, overseeing dessert menu development, production, inventory, scheduling, and team training.
