Her Story
About Jessica
I started out wanting to be a photographer but switched to business administration at Mount Sierra College in Monrovia, California because it provides a foundation for any field including creative and wellness pursuits. After college I built my skills through self-research, networking, and hands-on experience across industries. For the past 5 years I have focused on operations, helping startups and companies like the Blue Zone Pilot project in Los Angeles organize workflows, training, and facilities management to increase efficiency and revenue. I previously spent 15 years as a hairstylist serving models, athletes, and artists, and I draw from all these experiences to create personalized systems that reduce overwhelm and drive growth.

Ten minutes with Jessica
01What do you attribute your success to?
My greatest goal in life is just to be a big kid and have the freedom and flexibility to do all the fun things. I want to create a world that is fair for everyone with equality, where no one has to struggle given our technology and resources. I am driven to make the world a fun, communal, free, and happy place.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Work smarter, not harder. If there's an easier way that is still efficient, take that route. Also look for the problems because if you understand the problem then you can create a solution.
