What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to courage and a willingness to embrace change. After a 20-year career in accounting, I took a brave leap to pursue my passion for fisheries and conservation. Overcoming my fear of the water while fishing with a friend was a turning point that inspired me to follow a new path—one that has brought me both personal fulfillment and professional success.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are patience, growth, and nurturing. Just as I care for my collection of over 200 plants, I believe in fostering growth—whether it’s in the environment, the community, or myself—through consistent care, attention, and dedication.
