Ten minutes with Jessica

01What do you attribute your success to?

That I'm giving back to the community. I am a believer in God, and I feel that we are here to serve one another. And so, this gave me an opportunity to feel like I am doing something in the world. I'm helping someone who can't really help themselves. I'm making a difference.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My best advice to a woman starting off in their career, make sure that it's something that you're passionate about and that you love. Don't do something for the money gain, because sometimes it just… it don't really do nothing for you, and this economy, it seems like the money is never enough. My suggestion would be to do something you're passionate about, and that you love, and that brings you purpose.
