What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute much of my success to Michael Vasquez, who served as a significant mentor during the early stages of my career in security. His guidance and support were invaluable, and I have carried that example forward by mentoring new hires myself, helping them navigate their first three months and ensuring they feel confident and supported as they grow in their roles.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are service, compassion, and connection. I actively participate in community impact initiatives, such as breast cancer awareness walks, and I prioritize giving back whenever I can. Outside of work, my family and my love for animals are central to my life, guiding how I approach every day with care and commitment.
