Previously served as Development Manager at A Brighter Way, contributing to fundraising strategies, donor relations, and fostering partnerships to support individuals impacted by the justice system. Proficient in grant reporting, relationship building, and research and development, with a strong foundation in nonprofit leadership and reentry advocacy.

With a history of program management and community engagement, including spearheading advocacy efforts at Nation Outside, consistently worked to promote equitable opportunities for returning citizens.
