About Jessica

Jessica Hinck serves as the sole treatment director for Fellowship Recovery, an IOP treatment center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, a role she assumed in September 2024 after previously working as a co-treatment director and clinical supervisor there. In this capacity, she oversees staff and clients across multiple levels of care while specializing in complex co-occurring disorders. She is also an adjunct professor at St. Mary's University, where she has taught the diagnosis and treatment programming course and the ethics course for graduate students over the past year. In August 2025, Hinck co-founded Create and Conquer LLC with a colleague to provide consulting services that help behavioral health organizations develop systems supporting staff and clients. Her career path includes earning a bachelor's degree from UW-Eau Claire in 2011 and a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from UW-Stout in 2017. She obtained her LADC in 2017, LPCC in 2019, and board-certified supervisor credential in 2021. Prior experience encompasses roles as a primary and lead counselor at Park Avenue Center, focusing on men's treatment and complex co-occurring caseloads, as well as brief stints in outpatient mental health and various mental health and addiction settings.
