Ten minutes with Jessica

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to continuous personal evolution and the courage to reinvent myself as my vision expanded. After nearly two decades in corporate leadership, I realized that sustainable success comes from aligning mindset, health, and purpose. Today, through my program, writing, and channels, I help others create that same alignment so they can lead, live, and thrive at their highest potential.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Focus on who you are becoming—your success will always grow to the size of that identity.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to focus on personal evolution before professional recognition. In wellness and transformation, people don’t follow credentials alone—they follow authenticity and lived experience. When your mindset, health, and purpose are aligned, your leadership becomes naturally influential.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in the wellness industry today is the abundance of information and trends that can leave people confused about what truly works. At the same time, the demand for real transformation has never been greater.

With the global wellness economy now valued in the trillions and continuing to grow rapidly, the greatest opportunity lies in helping people move beyond quick fixes and toward sustainable practices that integrate mindset, health, and purpose.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity, growth, and service are the values that guide both my work and personal life. I believe in living what I teach, continually evolving, and using my experiences to help others create meaningful transformation in their own lives.
