About Jessica

Jessica Jones is the founder and principal designer of Jess Jones Design Group, a boutique full-service interior design firm based in Newport Beach, California. With more than 20 years of experience in residential interior design, Jessica has developed a reputation for creating sophisticated, personal, and timeless spaces. She spent nearly a decade with C.C. & Company Designs, a high-end residential design firm, before establishing her own practice in 2016. Jessica earned an Associate of Arts degree in Interior Design from the Interior Designers Institute and holds an Interior Design Certificate from the same institution.

As a third-generation designer, Jessica's passion for design is deeply rooted in her family background. Her grandfather was a custom furniture designer and upholsterer, while her father worked as an executive for an international aircraft cabin design firm. At Jess Jones Design Group, she specializes in high-end residential projects, including new construction, remodels, kitchen and bath design, space planning, furnishings, lighting, custom cabinetry, finishes, and project management. Her design philosophy centers on creating homes that feel soulful and emotionally uplifting, often blending vintage and contemporary elements with clients' heirlooms, travel finds, artwork, and meaningful personal objects.

Beyond her design practice, Jessica is deeply committed to professional leadership and community involvement. She served as President of the Orange County chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) from 2021 to 2022 after years of volunteering with the organization, and she has also contributed to community initiatives through organizations such as the Lighthouse Guild of Olive Crest. Her work has earned recognition, including an ASID Orange County Design Award Gold for Best Great Room in 2016. Outside of her professional life, Jessica draws inspiration from travel, historic architecture, nature, culinary experiences, design books, flea markets, music, and lifelong learning, all of which continue to influence her distinctive approach to creating layered and collected interiors.
