Jessica Kelly

I've been in my field for about 2 years now. Right now, I'm working from home in a position that I found, and it ended up being a really good one. My typical day consists of me calling patients and letting them know if their appeal decision was approved or denied. Throughout my career, most of my work has been in customer service, and I'd say I'm really good at being resourceful and helping people. While I'm grateful for where I am, I'm more interested in being an entrepreneur and being my own boss. My most notable professional achievement so far is obtaining my bachelor's degree, which was especially meaningful because not a lot of my family went to college, and I wanted to break that chain. Everything I'm doing is to provide a better life for my kids.
