Jessica Kupitz is an accomplished Amazon Growth Strategist and Project Manager, specializing in driving success in the beauty and wellness sectors through innovation, operations, and data-driven strategies. Currently, she serves as Project Manager and Amazon Lead at DIYA Beauty & Wellness, where she manages the growth of the company’s Amazon business across multiple brands, oversees system implementations, and drives product development initiatives to deliver innovative and sustainable beauty solutions.

Prior to joining DIYA, Jessica honed her expertise as Sales Operations Manager at CP Skin Health Group. There, she directed a team of 17 cross-functional professionals, streamlining sales processes, implementing ERP and CRM systems, and aligning multiple skincare brands under one operational umbrella. Her leadership in integrating systems like SAP C4C CRM, Service Cloud, and EDI processes significantly enhanced operational productivity, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Jessica’s career in the skincare industry began hands-on as a Licensed Aesthetician at LaVida Medspa and Belle La Vie MedSpa, where she developed client-focused skincare plans, marketed products and treatments, and provided professional skincare consultations. She later transitioned into sales and operations roles, including Inside Sales Representative and Manager positions at PCA SKIN, consistently exceeding sales quotas and earning recognition for outstanding performance.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business, Management, and Marketing from Grand Canyon University and an Esthetics License from Steiner Institute of Esthetics. Her blend of operational expertise, skincare knowledge, and dedication to mentoring others positions her as a transformative leader in the beauty and wellness industry.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jessica is deeply committed to community service and mentorship. She has volunteered with Be The Match for over 15 years, organizing donor drives and awareness events, and has served as a Class Facilitator for Look Good Feel Better, empowering women undergoing cancer treatment with confidence-building beauty workshops.
