About Jessica
Jessica Leckrone is the Owner of CLEARR Mobile IV Hydration, a mobile IV therapy business she has operated for a full year in the Emmaus, PA area. With 15 years of nursing experience, including hospital work and per diem shifts in the children's pool at the local hospital, she also serves as a senior recruiter managing 60 to 120 travel nurses at Allied Resources Medical Staffing, a role she has held for 16 years. She earned her bachelor's degree from a four-year college in Bloomsburg and runs her mobile IV hydration and concierge nursing business to provide convenient, on-site care for busy parents, athletes, and professionals. Leckrone attributes her success to the strong work ethic modeled by her entrepreneur parents and values time management and family in both her professional and personal life.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I would attribute my work ethic from my parents. My parents are entrepreneurs, hardworking, and I get the drive from them, and I learn from them, and take their advice, and take it on my own.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Never give up and pursue what you want to do in your dreams. And one day at a time.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't be afraid of nursing, there are definitely different paths to go down. Healthcare is a little different than it used to be. I definitely recommend women and men go into nursing because there's so many avenues and so many different things to do. It doesn't have to be the hospital, which most people think of. Pursue your nursing.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges are getting people to get an IV. A lot of people are afraid of needles. Opportunities include getting more into corporate wellness events and corporate wellness days, getting more in the community, educating them on hydration and how good it is for your body.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Time management and family.
