I attribute my success to having a strong development plan early in my career, guidance from mentors, and a commitment to putting patients first—especially during challenging times like the Covid-19 pandemic. Staying focused on helping others and continuously growing in my field has been key to my progress.

My advice to young women entering healthcare is simple and powerful: never give up.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in work and life are family, balance, and making time to enjoy the simple joys, like vacations, the beach, and quality time with my children.
