Jessica Lueck, PhD
Dr. Jessica Lueck is a culture and career strategist and founder of The Lueck Group, where she specializes in helping small to mid-sized organizations, leaders, and professionals cultivate healthier, human-centered workplaces and careers. With over a decade of experience in culture and leadership consulting, career coaching, and organizational development, she guides clients in aligning their values, motivators, and purpose with their work, ensuring that every hour of their professional life is meaningful. Her approach integrates assessment, facilitation, change management, and person-centered principles to create sustainable organizational cultures that prioritize both performance and well-being. Before founding The Lueck Group, Dr. Lueck began her career as a mental health clinician, providing therapy in community-based settings. Through experiencing burnout herself, she recognized the intersection of workplace and personal factors that lead to this phenomenon, inspiring her transition into business psychology. Her previous roles included leading large-scale culture change initiatives for enterprise companies, leadership development, and career transition coaching. She holds a PhD in Business Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, with her research focused on the intersection of spirituality and burnout, as well as a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine from Boston University School of Medicine. Beyond her consulting practice, Dr. Lueck is an active community leader and board member of Woman of Wonder, a nonprofit supporting single mothers in Southwest Washington through education, mentorship, and career development. She is passionate about fostering creativity, supporting mental health, and building communities that empower underrepresented voices. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting and glassblowing, time with her husband and three kitties, and activities in her local community.
