Q

What do you attribute your success to?

She attributes her success to the love and passion that she has for helping people and making a difference in the lives of others. She really enjoys helping people and has started her own coaching business in 2018 in addition to her career at the bank. She also attributes her success to God who has been there to guide her steps throughout this journey in health and wellness coaching.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is that I have the power to make a difference and to pursue a career I truly love. When you find work that aligns with your passions and strengths, it doesn’t feel like a job—it becomes a source of joy, fulfillment, and purpose. Embracing this mindset has guided me to focus on roles where I can create meaningful impact while enjoying the work I do every day.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to believe in your ability to make a meaningful difference and to pursue a career that aligns with your passions. When you find work that inspires you, it brings both personal fulfillment and professional rewards, allowing you to create impact while enjoying every step of your journey.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge in my field right now is balancing the needs of others with my own well-being. While I am passionate about helping everyone I work with, it is equally important to prioritize my physical, mental, and emotional health. I find balance and renewal by enjoying the outdoors, hunting, staying active at the gym, and drawing on the resilience and values I developed growing up on a ranch in Texas.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are compassion, service, and commitment to others. I strive to be there for the people who need support the most, whether through my professional work or personal involvement. Volunteering alongside my husband at our church, The Hills, allows me to mentor student youth, participate in mission trips, and give back to the community in meaningful ways, reinforcing the importance of making a positive impact in the lives of others.
