Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to resilience, self-trust, and a deep understanding of what it feels like to want to be seen. Growing up with a visible skin condition shaped how I moved through the world at a very young age. It taught me what it means to feel overlooked, misunderstood, or defined by something external. That experience became the foundation of why I do what I do today.

My journey began in the fashion industry, where I learned how confidence, presentation, and storytelling can change how people perceive themselves and their work. Marketing to retail buyers showed me that brands succeed when they communicate clearly and authentically. Over time, that path led me into marketing and brand strategy, where I realized my true calling was helping others show up with clarity and confidence, not just visually, but strategically.

Undivided Attention LLC was built from that lived experience. I believe every founder deserves to feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow without losing themselves in the process. My success comes from leading with empathy, building real relationships, and creating systems that allow people to focus on what matters most. When your work is rooted in purpose, and you stay committed to honoring both the business and the human behind it, growth becomes sustainable and deeply fulfilling.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received came from my college dean, she told me, “Don't be the designee, be the designer.” She reminded me that the work I was creating was not just for me, it was for others, and that I would not always be the audience. Someone else would be.

That advice changed how I approached my career and my purpose. It taught me to design with empathy, to listen before leading, and to build with intention instead of ego. In any industry, fashion, marketing, or entrepreneurship, I learned that real impact comes from understanding who you are serving and creating with their needs in mind.

That perspective continues to guide my work today. When you stop centering yourself and start designing for others, your work becomes more meaningful, more aligned, and far more powerful than anything built for approval alone.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to never allow your pain, obstacles, or past experiences to convince you that your dreams are out of reach. What you have been through does not disqualify you, it equips you. The challenges you face often become the very source of your strength, insight, and purpose.

There will be moments when you are underestimated, overlooked, or made to feel like you have to work harder to be seen. Do not let those moments define your limits. Let them fuel your clarity and commitment. Stay focused on your calling, even when the path feels uncomfortable or uncertain.

Most importantly, believe that your story has value. Your purpose is bigger than the setbacks you encounter along the way. When you stay rooted in who you are and why you started, no obstacle has the power to stop what you are meant to build.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is the noise. With so many tools, platforms, and trends emerging daily, it can be easy for businesses to chase visibility without clarity. Many founders feel pressure to do everything at once, which often leads to burnout, misalignment, and marketing that feels disconnected from who they are.

At the same time, that challenge creates the greatest opportunity. The rise of AI and automation gives businesses the ability to work smarter, not harder, and to build systems that support growth without sacrificing authenticity. The real opportunity lies in using these tools intentionally, not to replace the human element, but to amplify it.

Brands that lead with clarity, empathy, and purpose will stand out. The future of this industry belongs to those who understand that technology is powerful, but connection is what truly drives trust, loyalty, and long-term success.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are balance, joy, and meaningful connection—both in nurturing brands professionally and in cherishing time with family, friends, and personal passions.
