Jessica Saenz Murguia

I am a global internal communications and change management leader with deep expertise in organizational culture, employee engagement, and strategic communication, currently serving as Global Director of Internal Communications at Grupo Bimbo, a role I have held since May 2024. In this position, I lead the development and execution of internal communication strategies that connect and engage employees across global operations, driving alignment with organizational priorities and fostering a strong, unified culture.

I have been with Grupo Bimbo for nearly ten years, having previously served as Global Communications Manager, Supervisora de Comunicación Interna Global, Coordinadora de Comunicación Interna for Corporate and National Offices, and Coordinadora de Comunicación Interna for Global Services. Throughout my tenure, I have been responsible for internal communication strategy, campaign design and execution, budget management, vendor and agency relationships, change management strategies, and leadership of organizational culture, diversity and inclusion, and sustainability campaigns across print, electronic, digital, and in-person media channels.

Before joining Grupo Bimbo, I served as Desarrollo Organizacional y Comunicación Interna at Actinver, where I developed internal communications campaigns, managed corporate agreements, organized events, designed manuals and graphic materials, managed wellness programs, and administered intranet updates.

I hold a Diplomado en Brand Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey and am a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner, reflecting my deep commitment to leading organizations through transformation and building change-ready cultures.

Across my career in internal communications and change management, my work has been driven by a belief that effective communication is the foundation of organizational success. Whether I am designing a global communication strategy, leading change management initiatives, or championing diversity and inclusion campaigns, I bring strategic vision, creativity, and a people-centered approach to everything I do.
