About Jessica
Jessica Norigian has spent 16 years in the medical field, with the last 5.5 years at her current company where she serves as a Product Manager specializing in medical devices. After earning her BS in communicative disorders from the University of Rhode Island, she began her career in pharmaceutical sales, driven by her passion for science. In 2019, she took a leap of faith into brand management, later stepping back into sales temporarily before advancing to product management with the support of a mentor. She also holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. Norigian attributes her success to grit and a strong work ethic, never shying away from challenges, and she values the advice to take risks as no risk means no reward. In 2024, she participated as a candidate in a 10-week philanthropic fundraising effort for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society to support blood cancer research.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to grit and my work ethic. I never say no to a challenge and am rarely scared of anything put my way. Even if I do not know the answer, I will find it. The grit and determination have been key.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I received was to take the leap and risk it all. You do not know if you do not try. No risk, no reward. It has helped me gain confidence to give things a shot even when scared.
