01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Learn to have patience. I've always been told that if you have patience with something, let it happen for just a little bit, let it see if it goes right whenever it's going wrong, just be calm and collective about all things. You can't have a short fuse in the industry that I work in.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

If you want to go higher, you can't be a pushover, you can't be passive. You have to stand firm on your boundaries that you set in the first place. You set one boundary, you have to stick with it. You can't let it bend for one person and not the other.
