Jessica Roy, FRP, is a seasoned Florida Registered Paralegal with extensive experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. She currently serves as an Estate Planning Paralegal at The Law Office of Amy B Van Fossen, P.A., where she provides vital legal support in the preparation of estate documents and assists clients navigating complex legal processes. Over the years, Jessica has worked with several respected firms across Florida, gaining a strong reputation for her attention to detail, deep knowledge of legal procedures, and ability to train and mentor new paralegals. Her professional path has included roles at KOCHMAN & ZISKA, Beacon Legacy Law, and Gould Cooksey Fennell, among others.

A graduate of Indian River State College, Jessica earned her Associate of Science degree in Legal Assisting/Paralegal Studies while balancing the demands of being a full-time working single mother. Her academic excellence earned her a spot on the Dean’s List and a prestigious scholarship from the Bar Association of Indian River County, marking her as a standout early in her legal journey. In addition to being an FRP, she is also a certified Notary Public in the state of Florida.
